Rev. White has faithfully served with her husband, the Rev. Dr. Henry Y. White, at Union Bethel AME Church in Randallstown, MD; St. Paul AME Church in Washington, DC; Brown Memorial AME Church in Washington, DC; Turner Memorial AME Church in Hyattsville, MD and currently at Campbell AME Church in Washington, DC.  

Rev. White strongly believes in ministry outside of the walls of the church.  As an employee at the Environmental Protection Agency, she participated in the Everybody Wins program by reading once a week with a student at Anthony Bowen Elementary School.  For three years she served as a mentor to returning citizens with the Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA) Faith-Based Initiative.  She was recognized by Radio One as one of the Top First Ladies in the Washington Metropolitan Area in November 2013.

Rev. White is the daughter of Retired Bishop Robert V. Webster and the late Supervisor Carole O. Webster.  She is a graduate of Wilberforce University in Wilberforce, Ohio with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting; the University of Maryland University College earning a Master of Science Degree in Non-Profit Management and Howard University School of Divinity where she earned the Master of Divinity degree.  She worked as an auditor for the Department of the Navy, Department of Energy and for the Environmental Protection Agency from 1979 to 1999.  

Rev. White and her husband are the proud parents of Henry Christopher and Angela Christina.  Her favorite scripture passage, which governs her life, is Proverbs 3:5 and 6, “Trust in the Lord with all thine heart and lean not to thine own understanding.  In all thy ways acknowledge Him and He shall direct thy paths.”
